We’ve just passed one big step for Czequestria! It was, in fact, 100  small steps. And the steps were actually tickets. And the steps were,  in reality, hoof-prints. Yeah.

The start wasn’t without a hiccup – the Discord himself has intercepted our emails! Only with the combined might of our staff’s elements of patience, dedication, faith, and ultimate craziness, we were able to bring him down!

However, if you’ve been affected and you have yet to receive a confirmation email after you’ve sent your payment, let us know via  tickets@czskbronies.cz to let us sort it out for you! Thanks to all of you for your faith in us and let’s get the 2nd hundred of the tickets rolling!

The spaces are limited as we are not renting an airport-sized convention building so please fill out the vendor application form to the best of your abilities!

Well… that escalated fast!

Within mere minutes of launching the sale of tickets were most of the highest tier – Castle Royale – completely sold out! It didn’t take even half an hour and they were all gone and with them a large part of the capacity of the whole con!

We are very excited about the interest in Czequestria 2014 and your support! So thanks to all of you for believing in us and we’re all looking forward to seeing you at Czequestria, which is closer to us all by a day in time and a giant leap in preparations!

Congratulations to the lucky 20 ticket holders of Castle Royale – what a battle it was!

The news that everypony has been waiting for is here!

The tickets will go on sale this very Sunday at 19:30 CEST!

There are multiple tiers of tickets to choose from – there is a budget variant that will still leave you with a lovely custom printed lanyard as the entry badge as well as the very limited top tier which includes the custom-printed sandstone figurine of Libussa herself! There is also Sugar Cube Corner – a “vendor” of sorts, but with food and various other edible stuff!

And what happens if we sell out? Well don’t worry – we are prepared for this as well. In that case, the ticket tier Let Me In! becomes active and you can place your reservation. If enough interest is generated, we will upgrade the hall to a larger auditorium and increase the capacity and quality, as more funds allow us to improve possibilities on how to entertain you all!

For some of you, this may be your first visit to the beautiful and history-rich capital of the Czech Republic. We wish to make your stay a bit more special – thanks to one of our core staff members, you may now take a part in a “LARP” (Live Action RolePlay) game planned for Friday afternoon in Prague. It’s a great way to get to know the city as well as your fellow friends. If you’re attending Czequestria on your own and don’t know your way around – no problem! We will have local bronies to assist as well as we will join you up in a team so that all of you can share this experience, together (and hopefully not get lost 😉 ).  In case you do actually get lost, we will have a “recovery” team to assist, both over a phone and, possibly, also with a car.

We are also planning a party on Friday eve to get the weekend started. More details on that later on though!

The core event – Czequestria – will take a place on Saturday and Sunday.

• Doors open at 10:00 on Saturday and we close them at 22:00 (as long as they are still there…).
• We open up again at 10:00 on Sunday and will attempt to wrap up this wonderful weekend at about 18:00.
• LARP event times will be announced at later date.

We have a dance party event on the platter as well as the charity auction (which both are sort of a tradition in the MLP con. community) but we don’t have any details to share at this moment.

However, even with the convention finished, it’s not all over! Some of you will still be in Prague and we’ve, sensibly, allocated vacations on Monday to recover. So why not join up and enjoy a spontaneous after-party?! (pending lack of energy and/or sleep)
