ILLUMNATION – a music to turn the darkness into light
Fan-made music is an integral part of the brony fandom – from original songs to remixes, musicians of all genres let the melodies bloom and fly to a listening ever-thirsty crowd. And we are proud to announce more musicians coming to Czequestria 2019!
ILLUMNATION is an acoustic dark-folk band founded in late 2015. Starting as a solo project of Velvet R. Wings (vocals, harp, flutes, songwriter, and guidance) quickly became a duo when Andy Feelin (bass guitar) joined, and together they performed at many brony music events.
For this year Czequestria, they join with Soul Strings (acoustic guitar) and we welcome them all at the Saturday evening concert. The feelings in their strings brought to you on the wings of shadows will surely enlighten you.

Join the Cosplay Show – it’s fun!
Cosplay is a traditional part of any fan convention, including ours. If you are thinking about creating a costume of your favorite character then go for it! It’s most certainly welcome and even if you’ve never tried it before, don’t worry – you are going to love it, Pinkie promise!
We support casual cosplaying for fun, so no one has to worry to show up together with skilled cosplayers – we all were the beginners once and this is one of the best ways to start, so Join the Cosplay Show and have fun!
Elley Ray – the voice from Equestria and much more!
We are slowly moving toward the day we all meet at Czequestria, so it’s about time to introduce first of our Guests of Honor!
Elley Ray is known to the brony fandom as a voice of Mistmane, one of the Pillars of Ancient Equestria and the Element of Beauty, but her talent reaches much wider and further! She has performed in over 300 theatrical productions with hundreds of on-camera series and movies to her credit and voiced literally thousands of animated series, animated movies, commercial campaigns, and games. During her more than 40-years-long career, she has traversed the stages, film sets, television and radio studios.
Beside My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, you can hear her voice in animated series like Corn & Peg, Hotel Transylvania, Care Bears, The Neverending Story, as a narrator in the television series Guilty Rich and many others – check out the IMDB and see yourself!
And because life is not just acting itself, Elley teaches voice acting at the University of Windsor where she received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws. She has also juried the Gemini Awards, as well as the Dora Awards and the Emmy Awards for Best Animated Series and Best Voice. If you want to know more, see her webpage.

Conventions are perfect places for everyone who wants to present their own work or art of any kind to the live audience. And fans really like to meet their favorite creators in person.
Are you an artist of any kind, do you run a community project or have anything relevant to show or say to the brony community? Applications for musicians, fine artists, engineers, programmers, comedians, and all others who create the My Little Pony related content are now open!
And for Celestia’s sake: you don’t have to be “horse famous”! If you want to have a panel, musical performance, or workshop, don’t hesitate and apply for Czequestria 2019 participate & perform!
